Jim Merrill, directed the New Hampshire bid of Romney is joining the political action committee of Rubio and act as senior adviser. The position would take him to the senator’s coming campaign in the primary state.
Merrill is considered a master strategist with much experience in organizing, but also pursued by some Republican presidential hopefuls. Based in Manchester, Merrill was sought by a good number of candidates, including Jeb Bush.
