A Wisconsin man was sentenced to 60 years in prison for pimping his 4-year-old daughter.
COUNCIL CHRONICLE – On Friday, a 30-year-old Wisconsin man was sentenced to 60 years in prison for sex trafficking his four-year-old daughter on Craigslist. The suspect was taken into custody after an undercover agent contacted him regarding the announcement.
Wisconsin Man Wrote that the Child Will be Drugged
Recently, 30-year-old Andrew Turley of Wisconsin was convicted to 60 years behind bars after the authorities uncovered his twisted plan of pimping his four-year-old daughter on Craigslist.
The Houston Police Department has been on the man’s trail ever since a Craigslist user flagged down a most disturbing advertisement. According to the authorities, the ad titled ‘Play with Daddy’s Little Girl’ was posted in 2015.
An undercover agent wrote back to Turley regarding the unusual announcement. The man replied by saying that the ad is ‘legit’ and that the ‘merchandise’ will be drugged using ‘sleep meds’ prior to the client’s arrival. More than that, Turley wrote in one email that the girl is too young for sex but ‘this wouldn’t pose much of a problem.’
After a brief email exchange, the agent agreed to meet the Wisconsin man at his Houston apartment. Once he arrived, he was greeted by Turley who asked him about money.
The agent handed him the pre-established sum, $1,000 cash for two hours. Turley briefly counted the money and then led the client to a dimly-lit bedroom where a small child was lying on the bed.
According to the agent’s testimony, the child appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. The Wisconsin man was later taken into custody and charged with trafficking a child under 18.
Conclusion
For his deeds, the Wisconsin man was sentenced on Friday to 60 years in prison with the possibility of filing for probation after 45 years behind bars. Stewanna Miskell, the Assistant District Attorney, commented that he was the worst trafficking case she had to deal with.
