Turkey Hill Ice Cream Is Withdrawn from the Market

The stores which sell Turkey Hill ice cream announced two withdraws of these products. Turkey Hill Dairy obtained a recall for their 48 grams receptacle of Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream. The lid of the goods may be categorized as Rocky Road. Giant Food Stores Sunday did not receive yet any complaints regarding this product. Nevertheless, Turkey Hill Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream was withdrawn from the market, not being accessible to customers anymore.

Together with this product, MARS Petcare retained from the market its Cesar Classics Filet Mignon Dog Food as well as Cesar Classics Variety Pack. Some customers have complained about these products because of the high choking risk to which their dogs were exposed to. During the process of production, some white, hard bits of plastic were found in the dog food. This product becomes a weapon, being able to kill innocent animals.

Again, Giant stores argue that they did not receive yet any complaints from the pet owners. All these affected product’s packages would have been available for sale after September 8, 2016. These packs were requested to be removed from the shelves of the supermarkets and Giant stores have confirmed the withdrawal.

Giant stores report that the symptoms of an allergy reveal after a few minutes the damaged product was consumed or even after several hours. The food allergies can cause unpleasant reactions like rashes or flushed skin, difficulties in breathing, the swelling of the throat, hives, itchy or tingling sensation in the mouth, abdominal pain, the swelling of the lips, face or tongue, loss of consciousness, dizziness, repetitive sneezing or severe coughing, diarrhea or vomiting.
