For those of you who are unaware of what debagging is, in the great book of pranks it is written that an individual walking out behind an unsuspecting individual and pulling his pants and underpants is called a debagger and the act he’s committing is a called debagging.
Now, it may seem to look like some harmless fun, but the authorities are not taking this event so lightly. To this end, the University of Texas Police Department has posted an online APB for the individual who perpetrated this prank.
Posted on the UTPD’s official Twitter account, the post encourages people with information to call the police department so that the fiend can be apprehended and brought to justice. According to eyewitness accounts, the individual is a white Caucasian male in his twenties and wearing hipster glasses.
