As soon as the month of February started, health experts throughout the country have been doing ways in making people aware of the importance of the heart’s health, considering cardiovascular disease as the top killer nationwide. Every year, 600,000 people die due to different cardiovascular ailments like high blood, heart attack, and stroke, while another 720,000 experience heart disease issue.
According to health experts, men and the elderly are more susceptible to heart diseases than women and youngsters. Though there is no magic treatment, health experts recommend people to quit smoking, maintain proper diet and regular exercise. Joining trainings about CPR could also become helpful, besides relying on an immediate 911 call during heart problems.
