On Monday evening, the police chased a suspected gunman and a stolen car east of Los Angeles. The chase led to the crumpling of cars through an incoming traffic, before the suspect stole another car at gunpoint, veering through a crowded street before the authorities opened fire and arrested him finally.
Officer Drake Madison stated they were immediately unsure if the suspect was hit as he was loaded into an ambulance. The chase started at 5 in the afternoon as the police received a stolen car report. The suspect also tried to steal a third car, but the vehicle took off, and the officers were able to take him down. Reports said no policemen were hurt, but no immediate confirmation if some motorists were hurt in the incident.
